Solution
To overcome these challenges a role based access control system was implemented allowing admins operators and read only admins to perform tasks based on their access levels. For real time tracking webhooks were integrated to ensure instant status updates without delays. The platform adopted a serverless architecture using AWS reducing infrastructure costs and enabling high scalability. Additionally robust data pipelines were built to handle large scale data traffic efficiently ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
